1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4Account Registration

Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) account on 8k8.com. The registration and maintenance of more than one account by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 8k8.com account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.
• Promptly update your account information should any of the submitted details change after registration.

5Account Security

• Deposits: A minimum deposit of ₱100 applies unless otherwise stated. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your wallet balance.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8k8.com. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k8.com platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 11Limitation of Liability

13Account Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• Account inactivity — accounts showing no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative closure.
• Receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.

Upon account closure, any confirmed real-money balance net of applicable bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
